Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on the SUBSUB website. SUBSUB is a brand represented by AMWEBDESIGNER.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended.
2. Shipping Destinations
SUBSUB currently ships to most European countries and selected international destinations. If your country is unavailable at checkout, please contact us at subsubshopeurope@gmail.com.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only:
- France: 5–12 business days
- Europe: 5–15 business days
- International: 7–20 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, customs clearance procedures and peak shipping periods. SUBSUB cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed. From time to time, SUBSUB may offer free shipping promotions.
5. Order Tracking
When tracking information is available, customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been shipped. Please note that tracking updates may take several days to appear after shipment.
6. Customs Duties, Taxes and Import Fees
Depending on the destination country, orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT or local taxes, and administrative customs fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
It is the customer's responsibility to understand and comply with their country's import laws, taxes, duties and regulations before placing an order. Under no circumstances shall SUBSUB be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees or related charges imposed by local authorities.
7. Delivery Delays
SUBSUB is not responsible for shipping delays caused by shipping carriers, postal services, customs authorities, natural disasters, strikes, force majeure events or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. SUBSUB is not responsible for orders lost, delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date or receipt of the package at subsubshopeurope@gmail.com. Each case will be reviewed individually with the relevant carrier.
